Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Buyer's remorse

Lost or Damaged Items
If your physical order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact_drph@drpugyuhugyu.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you promptly. We will work with our fulfillment partner to review and resolve the issue. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, so timely communication is important.

Note: We may use additional or different third-party fulfillment partners in the future. Customers are encouraged to check the relevant information for updates.

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled only before production begins. Digital orders cannot be canceled once completed or downloaded.

Shipping & Delays

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or customs holds.
